James Giles to co-host Sputnik: Orbiting the World this April

Journalist and broadcaster James Giles will co-host Sputnik: Orbiting the World alongside Gayatri Galloway, for a six-week stint starting 27th March.

Sputnik, which is produced by the Associated Press and is broadcast weekly on RT, covers current affairs and cultural issues in Britain and around the world, and can be watched throughout the day every Saturday.

Past guests on Sputnik include legendary broadcaster Larry King, Leader of the House of Commons Jacob Rees-Mogg MP, boxer Chris Eubank and US Green Party Presidential Candidate Dr Jill Stein.

James is a young journalist and broadcaster, who has previously hosted The Mother of All Talk Shows, and for seven years was the Editor of IMPRESS regulated publication the Kingston Enquirer. He has also appeared on BBC Radio London, BBC London News and London Live in recent years.

James said: “It is a privilege and honour to have been asked to co-pilot Sputnik for the next six weeks. This long-standing show covers a plethora of issues, both at home and around the world.

“I’m very much looking forward to working with Gayatri and the team to produce an informative, engaging show for the British public.”
